FACULTY POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Bilkent University Department of Industrial Engineering invites applications for faculty  positions at all levels in the areas stated below starting  September 1, 2008.

Stochastic Processes:  Theoretical aspects of stochastic processes, applied probability, markov decision processes, queueing models.

Financial Engineering: Financial optimization, continuous time finance, fınancial econometrics, computational finance.

Simulation: Modeling discrete and continuous systems, statistical output data analysis, experimental design, simulation optimization.

The candidates should have a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research or a closely related area. Senior applicants must demonstrate an established record in excellent research, teaching and communication skills.
