University in Sept. 1994. During a sabbatical year in Belgium,
I taught at the Université Catholique
de Louvain ( Institut
d'Administration et de Gestion) (now, Louvain School of Management) in Louvain-la-neuve (October 1999
to September 2000), and worked as a guest researcher
at the Université Libre de Bruxelles
, Service de Mathématiques de la
Gestion. I spent the year 2007-2008 in Princeton University as a Fulbright
scholar at the Department of Operations Research and Financial Engineering.
I was visiting professor at the Department of Statistics and Quantitative Methods, University of Milano, Bicocca, January 2015 and January 2017, 2018, at the Department of Computer Science, University
of L'Aquila, Italy, September-November 2010 and Sept 2017-Jan. 2018, and at Institut de Mathématiques,
Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, France, June 2007. I am also visiting professor (at-large, à titre honorifique) at HEC, Université de Liège during the academic years 2022-2023, and 2023-2024.
